“Me to We”
The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work
A research-based relationship workshop for couples who want to rebuild connection, trust, and teamwork.

What Makes This Workshop Different
The “Me to We” workshop is grounded in the world-renowned Gottman Method, developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman are leading relationship researchers with over 40 years of scientific study on what makes love last.
Through decades of observing more than 3,000 couples, the Gottmans identified seven key principles that successful relationships share.
These principles help couples:
-
Understand each other’s inner world
-
Build deep friendship and admiration
-
Manage conflict in healthy, respectful ways
-
Create shared meaning and life purpose together
-
Rekindle emotional and physical intimacy
Unlike traditional therapy, this is a psychoeducational workshop not couples counselling. You’ll learn the exact skills that emotionally intelligent couples use to stay connected and resilient through life’s challenges.
“Me to We” blends research, practical tools, and heartfelt reflection to help you move from roommates to soulmates, from conflict to connection, and from disconnection to deep emotional safety.
